Rates

Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to date of play will be refunded in full. Between 4 and 8 weeks there will be a 50% cancellation charge or the booking can be moved to a new date for an administration fee of £50 and if the corresponding green fee is higher to the one already paid the difference will be chargeable. Those received less than 4 weeks before date of play are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be kept as a future credit. We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed, cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injuries or illness. We strongly recommend that all golfers have current travel insurance.

Caddie fee – £60 plus discretionary gratuity which must be paid in full directly to the caddie on the day. A caddie cancellation fee of £20 would be due if not cancelled in advance.

Club hire are available for £50 per round.
Electric trolley hire – £25 per round (to be pre-ordered and pre-paid).
