Times of Play

Castle Stuart Golf Links is open for play from 31st March through 1st November 2025 inclusive.
Old Petty is open for Preview Play from 1st August to 30th September 2025 inclusive.

April £250 for 18 holes, £370 for 36 holes
May-Oct £330 for 18 holes, £495 for 36 holes
SGL (Apr) £125 for 18 holes, £235 for 36 holes
SGL (May – Oct) £165 for 18 holes, £275 for 36 holes
PGA & BIGGA – £95 per round (cards required) – exclusive use by arrangement
Old Petty Preview Golf – £190 per round
36-hole tickets must be played over any consecutive 7-day period and 2nd round must be booked at time of original booking
To secure your tee time, full payment is required at time of booking. Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation of the booking. Please note bookings of less than four persons for any one tee-time may be paired up, at our discretion.

Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to the date of play will be refunded in full.
Between 4-8 weeks there will be a 50% cancellation charge or the booking can be moved to a new date for an administration fee of £50 and if the corresponding green fee is higher to the one already paid the difference will be chargeable.
Those received less than 4 weeks before the date of play are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be kept as a future credit. We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed/cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injury or illness. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Cabot Highlands honours tradition by operating as a walking facility.
All matches should keep pace with the match in front and cooperate with rangers when requested to do so.
Golfers not keeping pace on the course will be asked to ‘stand aside’ to allow faster groups through.

Cabot Highlands reserves the right to inspect handicap certificates. Recommendations are as follows:

Caddies must be requested in advance through the reservations department and are subject to availability.
Caddie fee £70 plus discretionary gratuity which must be paid in full directly to the caddie on the day.
A caddie cancellation fee of £40 would be due if not cancelled in advance.

Facilities include ladies’ and gents’ locker rooms, golf shop and lounge.
Food and beverage served throughout the day (alcoholic beverages from 11.00am, 12.30pm on Sundays).
Please note that the use of mobile phones is only permitted within the locker rooms.

Complimentary welcome gifts including a course guide will be available to all golfers on the 1st tee.

Complimentary use of our practice facility is available to golfers prior to their tee time on the day of play only.
